Seeing Cleform RED

Imitation is said to be the sincerest form of flattery.

For years, we’ve developed our signature RED long handles for our concrete working tools. These RED handles have come to be associated with Cleform so that our customers would know and recognize that they are getting top quality concrete tools at a fair price. Your response has been overwhelming. Our customers know to look for the RED handles with the powder coating from Cleform and the THE POWER OF RED®.

Cleform’s long RED handles mean Cleform, a fact recognized by the United States Patent and Trademark Office when it issued United States Trademark Registration No. 3,161,280 for Cleform’s long metal handles and concrete working tools such as pull cretes, straight edges and channel floats. Cleform ’s trademark THE POWER OF RED®, United States Trademark Registration No. 3,223,875 for its concrete working tools and handles tells the contractor and worker that when they see RED, they are seeing Cleform on the job.

Despite this long tradition and connection with RED, we’re now seeing pullcretes or other concrete working tools which don’t come from Cleform, but with the same color RED handles you’ve come to know means Cleform. While we’d like to be flattered by this imitation, we worry these imitations will confuse our customers as to the source of these RED handled products.

So remember, look for the RED handled concrete tools with THE POWER OF RED® and accept no substitutions.
